Who We Are

After years in academia, engaging our creative sides only on evenings and weekends, we realized it was time to take our Scientific expertise in flavor and turn it into art. We decided to head home to the Northwoods of Minnesota to find the best ingredients anywhere and distill them into something we can all enjoy.
