OUR FREE WEEKLY Distillery Tour
Join us every Friday at 5:30 p.m. for a 30-minute distillery tour. Our guide gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how and where our spirits are made, plus a little taste for guests 21+! Limited to 16 people, with an opportunity to remain for a tasting flight and/or cocktails after your tour!

OUR AMAZING PRIVATE TASTING EXPERIENCE
Book an intimate private tasting experience for up to 12 people. Your dedicated host will guide you through a tasting of our spirits and liqueurs, carefully craft a cocktail of your choice FROM our menu, and send you home with a souvenir vikre rocks glass. $45/person, offered Most Saturdays.

For regular cocktail rom service, no. Just come on in or add yourself to the waitlist first (available online during business hours). For tours, private tastings, and most events, yes. Find a link to reservations under the VISIT tab!

We sell 375ml and 750ml bottles at our cocktail room, in addition to 4-packs of cans. Please note, MN State law limits the purchase of 750ml bottles to one bottle per person per day. You can also find our remarkably fine spirits at a store near you. Just click the "Where To Buy" and explore the map.

Are you dog friendly?
Yes we are! We love well-behaved pups and owners, we just ask that you keep your dog on a leash.
Are you kid friendly?
Yes! We welcome kids with their families and have a variety of kid-friendly NA drink options in addition to our sophisticated zero-proof cocktails.

We offer a limited menu of snack options, such as charcuterie and crostini. Vegan & GF options available. If you’re craving something more substantial, you’re welcome to bring takeout with you from neighboring restaurants. Our tables are small, however, and designed for cocktail service, so many people prefer to visit us for drinks before or after a meal elsewhere.
