Our housemade rhubarb and bitter citrus aperitivo, combined with fine wine and soda water for our perfect take on the Italian spritz. Vélo instantly transports you to golden hour at a café along a cobblestoned piazza—it is the very definition of sprezzatura, an "I woke up like this" mixture of beauty and ease. I most often enjoy Vélo straight from the can (because why not?!), but you can also pour it into a wine goblet with a couple of ice cubes and garnish with an orange wedge (or an orange wedge plus a green olive if you want to be extra Venetian!).

Sure, sure, it seems like canned craft cocktails are everywhere these days. But almost every last one of those craft cocktails are actually made at large co-manfacturing plants with industrial spirits and flavors. That’s why, after years spent perfecting the recipes, I decided to put some of our favorite cocktails from our craft bar into cans, made right here! We carefully craft each drink at our distillery with infusions of hand chosen, organic whole botanicals into our spirits, then add sustainably farmed wine, and real fruit juices.

Frenchie and friends want to join you at the pool and the beach, at picnics and cocktail parties, at bonfires and brunches, to make any hour feel like golden hour. Because you can’t fit a personal bartender in your tote bag, but now you almost can.
